A comprehensive practical training in how to teach yoga, by Internationally trained yoga teacher Tracey Rohan-Irwin. This course is suitable for
practitioners who would like to teach yoga in the future and also those who would simply like to deepen their yoga practice/experience. Included in this course is a
mixture of Hatha yoga styles which incorporate Iyengar and Ashtanga. You
will learn how to combine a variety of postures (asana) into a Vinyasa flow, with specific focus on principles of alignment.
Pranayama and meditation will also be introduced to the student. The theoretical component of the course includes yoga philosophy and the
completion of assignments to be submitted for final certification.
The student will be required to follow a Sattvic diet with emphasis on healthy eating for a yogic lifestyle.
Experienced students may find that the training offered on the course will stand them in good stead to begin teaching yoga classes. Less
experienced students will gain a deeper insight allowing them the opportunity to broaden their knowledge and build the foundation towards the teaching of yoga.
Pre-requisites for ZENYOGA Studio teacher training

SELF INQUIRY
The challenging nature of our training offers the opportunity for optimum growth and transformation. On this course, it is very important
that a process of self-inquiry is initiated and students understand the essence of yoga beyond the techniques.
My objective in this course is to encourage awareness of how the tools and techniques of yoga can bring about inner transformation. This process
of positive change is not always comfortable, yet always extremely rewarding.
