Tracey Rohan-Irwin
Director
Tracey Irwin has been practicing yoga for over ten years and has successfully completed four internationally accredited teacher training programmes in India, Australia, the USA and Indonesia.
She has attained her internationally registered 500 hour Yoga Alliance certificate.
She has completed 1000 hours of training with internationally renowned yoga teachers such as Louisa Sear, Simon Borg-Olivier, John Friend, Lance Schuler, Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste, Rodney Yee, Gurmukh, Judith Lasater, Dhama Mittra, Aadil Palkhivala, Desiree Rumbaugh and David Swenson.
She has a diploma in exercise science and fitness management, Australia.
Trained in a variety of Hatha Yoga systems, including Iyengar, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow.
In conjunction with the physical practice and training, she has completed a number of silent meditation retreats.
She is also fully trained in yoga therapy and has worked with people suffering from

Tracey Irwin is a naturally talented teacher - well known in Johannesburg for her ability to heal tired, overworked, stressed people. She combines dynamic personality with world-class training to deliver the best yoga experience available in South Africa. Tracey's expertise is now available in Natal where her new new studio, ZENYOGA is opening in July 2008.
She works with students to guide them towards accessing their own natural greatness and true essence of self.
Her unique approach, fine-tuned through many years of teaching, guides students to attain inner calm and peace with grace and tranquility.
